Q: How do I obtain a student ID / register my child so that people can help support our fund raiser?
A: The parent/guardian of a student registers their child as a seller for their group and recieves a seller ID. This can be emailed or given to their friends/family. This can be done in 3 easy steps.
1. Click on the shopping tab to enter the online store.
2. Click on Students - Click here to register and get your Seller ID!
3. Enter under "Register Here" the Group ID found on your student's fundraising envelope or parent letter.
NOTE - make sure you are entering the correct GROUP ID information - a letter for a letter and a number for a number. Also - the number "#" symbol is not neccessary.
4. Click on Students - Click here to register and get your Seller ID!

Q: How do I email friends & family members about my fundraiser from your site?
A: Simply complete the information from the Seller ID Assignment page and click "Send".
Q: How do I begin shopping?
A: You first must have a Seller ID. The seller is is obtained from the individual child after he or she has registered with Midland.
Q: How does Midland Fundraising Online Store work?

Friends/family will be able to view the same brochure(s) that the group is showing locally and your purchase will benefit the group you selected.
Q: How will my purchase benefit the group?
A: When you enter the site and enter the seller ID that you recieved from the student,
you will be able to view the same brochure(s) that the group is showing locally.
A portion of your purchase(s) will benefit the group and the seller(s) will be credited for prizes.
Q: How long will my purchases benefit the group I choose?
A: During the group's sale all of your purchases will benefit your
group. The group will receive credit after the end of its sale for any online sales.
Q: What is the group ID?
A: The group ID is a unique code given to each group.
It is used to register the student as a seller for their group.
Please refer to your group's parent letter for this ID.
Q: What is the seller ID, and how do I get one?
A. A seller ID is mandatory for calculating the student's prize credit. It is generated after a parent/guardian registers
their student on our website. If you're a parent/guardian and you need a seller ID, find your group ID (see above) and
click here to register.
Q: Is it safe to enter my credit card number on the site?
A: Yes. Midland Fundraising Online Store uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer)
security. Credit Card numbers are not stored on the web server.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: Visa and MasterCard.
Q: What are your shipping and handling fees for online orders?
A: $7.47 for the 1st item & $1.62 for each additional item.
Q: Will I have to pay sales tax?
A: We are required to collect sales tax on orders which are placed in Michigan.
Q: When will my products arrive?
A: Most orders are processed and shipped directly to the customer in 2-4 weeks.
